Alcohol Organ meats (liver, kidneys, brains)

Game meats (venison, pheasant, partridge)

Scallops, sardines, mackerel, anchovies, herring, smelts, mussels, fish roe and caviar

Meat extracts and gravies

Limiting these foods might also help:

Turkey and veal

Other meat and poultry

Fish Fried foods

Bacon

Asparagus, spinach, mushrooms, corn, lentils, peas

Cranberries, prunes, plums

Whole grain breads, cereals, oatmeal, wheat germ
